The initial medical consultation is the first step of a shared journey.
You will be welcomed in a pleasant setting where you can be assured confidentiality and safety are paramount.
Chaperoning is part of the safety process we strive to achieve. Family members or friends are welcome to attend with you.
During your first assessment we will explore your expectations and listen to your concerns; after assessing your skin there will be a mutual agreement on which procedures will be more appropriate to enhance or modify your appearance.
We will never recommend a treatment unless we feel it is in your best interest.
We will take a full medical history and explain potential complication and side effects of treatments.
The financial aspect of your treatment will be costed accurately.
You will be carefully instructed on post-treatment procedures and follow-up.
We will be available, either by phone or email, for any queries or concerns regarding the your treatment.

Dr Santini moved from Italy to UK in 2005. He continues to work as a GP in Kent.
Dr Santini gained extensive experience of aesthetic procedures during his career in Italy.
In the last 15 years he has pursued further training to comply with UK regulation and standards, the training venues included Cosmetology UK and the Academy of Aesthetic Excellence in Harley Street, London.
Dr Santini provides advanced medical aesthetic procedures as an integrated approach including Botox, dermal fillers, non-surgical blepharoplasty, chemical peels and Dermaroller for treatments like wrinkle reduction in the upper and lower face, cheek, lip and chin enhancement, neck lines/bands, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and overhang/droopy eyelids.
Dr Santini has a conservative approach to medical aesthetics; he feels that the best outcome of a cosmetic procedure is a natural and youthful look, avoiding at the same time the "done" appearance.
He continues to attend conferences and workshops in aesthetic medicine, he regularly interacts with a network of high-skilled professionals involved in aesthetic medicine.

Alessandra was born in Tivoli, a beautiful small town near Rome in Italy.
After her A Levels in scientific studies, she gained a degree in Law and she worked full time in a well-known prestigious law firm.
Then she worked as bank manager for 11 years covering several areas of high-level responsibilities and duties.
Alessandra moved to England in 2005 with her family because of her husband’s job.
She chose not to look for a job to be able to spend time and look after her children.
Since then, she has gained several certificates in children education and a L5 award in Management.
Alessandra loves spending time with her family and travelling around the world.
She loves cooking and creating new recipes every day.
She is a certified Nutritionist.
